At Bootleg Baking, we make breads, cookies and pastries the old-fashioned way -in small batches, by hand.

Our baked goods are a testament to craftsmanship: personal, patient, and pure. We are ingredient-driven and craft-dictated. We are committed to traditions and yet forward-thinking; because baking is our passion, not just a product. Every baked good, every action, every movement is informed by the baker – our craft is inherent in every moment.

The baker, a craftswoman, fulfills each step of the process, and in turn the process defines who we are.

Our Weekly Menu:

Each Sunday we update this site with the baked contraband available for the week. Our menu changes weekly, but we always have something fresh and feloniously good.
